Terms and Conditions

  • We regret that we cannot accommodate children under the age of sixteen or pets

  • Boskerris is a non-smoking hotel - anyone found smoking anywhere in the hotel will be charged £200

  • Check-in from 3pm and check-out before 11am

  • Please assist us in maintaining the ambience and decorum at Boskerris Hotel. Cover-ups, proper leisure attire and footwear are required in the public areas

  • Food from external establishments must not be consumed within the hotel

  • We reserve the right to recover any losses due to damage caused to the property, fixture, fittings and flood damage (including specialist cleaning)

  • The Boskerris Hotel accepts no responsibility for any property damaged or lost, including to vehicles in the hotel carpark

  • We have 15 car parking spaces available for our 15 rooms

BOOKING A ROOM

  • A deposit will be taken in advance of the stay and will be equivalent to the first nights’ accommodation

  • One-night stays are to be paid for in advance

  • We are sorry but we do not take one night stays in high season and the maximum length of stay is 7 nights

  • We can only accommodate a maximum of 2 people per room

  • All major debit and credit cards are accepted. We do not advise sending credit card details in an email

  • We do not accept cash or cheques

  • Amending or moving bookings will be subject to an admin fee of £20

  • If you are unable to book on the website, please e-mail reservations@boskerrishotel.co.uk

  • We reserve the right to refuse any booking

  • Please note that bookings are not secured until you have received a confirmation e-mail

CANCELLATIONS

  • Regretfully, cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the arrival date are charged at 100% of the deposit cost

  • Cancellations less than 3 days before arrival are charged in full

  • This charge will be taken from the same card number you provided at booking

  • Cancellations must be made in writing via e-mail

  • If rooms are cancelled before 30 days, we will refund the deposit, less a £20 administration charge

  • Refunds are not given for guests who do not stay the full duration of their holiday

    RESERVATIONS MADE THROUGH THIRD PARTIES

  • Please be aware that any reservations made through third-party travel agents are subject to the terms and conditions outlined in their confirmation to you.

  • Any changes to your reservation at the hotel under these agreements must be made via the third party travel agent and not direct with the hotel.
